We have strict rules regarding minimum groups of boys and minimum leadership oversight by men who have passed a criminal background check, provided multiple character references, completed child safety protection training, and been approved by Trail Life USA and Briarwood Presbyterian Church.
For their physical safety, we abide by the age-appropriate activities recommendations as established by the Trail Life Home Office. Our troop is blessed to have several members who are physicians and more leaders and adults who are first aid, CPR, and AED certified, as well as lifeguards to oversee our water activities.
